CONSIGNMENT POLICY

CONSIGNMENT IS BY APPOINTMENT- E-MAIL PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS TO:

1. Waryck Family Furniture and Finds (F&F) will resale your quality furniture and antiques at a consignment rate of 50/50. We pay you 50% of the final sale price for your item.

2. Consignment items must be in cleaned and in good to excellent condition. F&F reserves the right to refuse any item due to condition, ability to sell, seasonality or price.

3. F&F is not available for pick-up or delivery of consignments. Consignor must make arrangements to carry all items in and to set-up if necessary. Consignor is responsible to break down if necessary and carry items out of the shop.

4. F&F assumes no responsibility for the loss or destruction of any item.

5. F&F make all pricing decisions and except any reasonable offers.

5. All consignments are subject to a price reduction of fifteen percent (15%) after every thirty (30) day period for the duration of agreement. All consignments are subject to holiday or special occasion sale pricing.

6. This consignment agreement expires after three (3) months. All unsold consignments not reclaimed within ten (10) days of the agreement expiration date will, without further notice, automatically become the property of F&F to be donated or auctioned off.

8. Consignment checks are issued monthly after the 15th for the prior whole month.

9. Consignment payment check will be void six months after agreement expiration.

10. Record Keeping and Follow-Up: It is the responsibility of the owner to keep track of their consignment inventory and dates for pickups, confirm sales and contract expiration etc.


LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. Local delivery may be scheduled at the time of purchase.

2. Local delivery is available for an additional fee to be determined by F&F with consideration to distance and item amount, size and weight etc.

a) $30-50 within 10ml. radius and/or minimal items/weight
b) $50+ beyond 10ml. radius and/or numerous items/weight

3. Local delivery must include "help on your end" which means appropriate helpers upon arrival for unloading and placement of purchase.


SALES POLICIES

1. We accept cash or personal checks(with ID). There is a $25 return check fee. We do not accept plastic at this time.

2. Every sale is "AS IS" and "WHERE IS"

3. You are the expert on your purchase. Please research and inspect your items carefully. We do our best to offer quality items and aquire accurate information and histories on our merchandice, but offer no guarantees.
